My Love Kills releases new single “Unterwelt”

“Would you come with me to the underworld?”

My Love Kills

Electro-industrial band My Love Kills has a new single out called “Unterwelt.” It’s a dark, midtempo club track with Skinny Puppy-style samples and nice, mysterious vocals. “Unterwelt” is German for underworld.

You can watch the music video below.

The single release includes a couple of remixes and a B-side called “Toi Mon Amour.” You can find it on Bandcamp and Spotify.

“Unterwelt” is from My Love Kills’ second album, Imitatio Dei, a 19-track opus that came out earlier this year. Imitatio Dei, Latin for Imitation of God, contains a lot of compelling themes about religion and myth.

My Love Kills is comprised of V.V. Arkames from Ad Inferna and Fredrik Sigeback from Erotic Elk. Their respective styles come together nicely for a fresh, modern style. Last year’s “Love Is Suffering” was one of my favorite songs of the year.
