Chicago artist New Canyons has a hazy new song out called “No Shame.”
“No Shame” is the second single from New Canyon’s upcoming album, Heavy Water, which is due out on April 30. They previously released a single called “Blackest.”
New Canyons is a genre-bending band that incorporates elements of darkwave, dreampop, ambient, and noise. They describe their sound as “the darker side of shoegaze, born out of 1980s post-punk synths and midwest winters.”
