German duo Beyond Border has a new music video out today called “Aching” that feels appropriate to this week’s current global events. It is a song about suffering and seeking hope.
“Aching” is from Beyond Border’s incredible debut album, Awakening, which arrived in December. I named it number two on my list of the best albums of 2021 for injecting fresh energy into the dark music club scene.

Awakening is the first part of a planned trilogy of albums. They’re working hard on its follow-up, which will be called Gathering.
